The company has also secured a Financial and technical Support Agreement with one of our partners – LITASCO – to drive entry into the upstream sector of the Oil and gas industry in Nigeria. Through LITASCO, Vogvest Resources has access to the requisite Financial requirements to take a marginal field from Reservoir Engineering through Field Development to Production. The agreement with our partner is structured to provide the necessary funding to develop projects locally in exchange for off-taker rights while transferring expertise locally in line with the government’s local content initiative.
To augment the wealth of knowledge and experience of Vogvest’s management team, the company has a Technical Service Agreement in place with PETROVISION NIGERIA LIMITED – a leading international Petroleum Consultancy with vast knowledge and experience within the Nigerian upstream sector. Petrovision will provide technical evaluation and field development advisory services through the acquisition and post-acquisition phases of our entry into any asset.
